Email alerts
Which emails Transactional Email sends your team, when each one arrives, and how to choose who gets them.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Transactional Email tells you by email when something needs your attention, so you don’t have to watch App Home. Alerts go to the recipients you choose in Settings → Alerts. Until you add any, they go to the person who installed the app.
You can’t turn individual alerts off: each one is about something that stops or is about to stop your emails.
Choose who gets alerts
Section titled “Choose who gets alerts”- Open Settings → Alerts. In HubSpot, go to Marketplace apps → Transactional Email and open Settings.
- Enter an address under Add recipient and click Add. Repeat for up to 10 addresses. A shared inbox works well.
- Click Save recipients.
From now on, every alert goes to all the addresses on the list. To remove an address, click Remove next to it and save. If you remove them all, alerts go back to the person who installed the app. Only Super Admins can change the list; everyone else sees it read-only.
